Another recipe in between posts as I muster up the words to beat this week’s writer’s block
Japanese Cucumber Salad
- 2 x cucumbers
- 8 x sticks of surimi (crab flakes)
- wakame (cold seaweed salad)
- 1 x tbsp fish roe (pink fish eggs)
- 2x tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 x tbsp soy sauce
- 1 x brown sugar
- 3 x tbsp water
Cut up and mix salad ingredients. Mix all the dressing ingredients into a saucepan and heat up until the sugar dissolves. Wait for it to cool and add to the salad.
